By creating an account or using Jursu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using Jursu on behalf of a law firm or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Jursu is a cloud-based law practice management platform that enables lawyers and law firms to manage cases, clients, hearings, documents, tasks, and firm operations. Features include automated court date tracking, calendar integration, client portals, and team management.

You agree to use Jursu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all legal data you enter into Jursu, including case information, client details, documents, and notes. By using Jursu, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Jursu complies with applicable data protection and professional conduct rules in your jurisdiction, including any obligations around client confidentiality.
Jursu offers automated court date tracking by connecting to publicly available court portals. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that court dates retrieved automatically are always complete or up to date. You remain solely responsible for verifying all hearing dates and deadlines directly with the relevant court. Jursu is a tool to assist, not replace, professional due diligence.
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Jursu platform are the exclusive property of Jursu or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
We strive to keep Jursu available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features with reasonable notice.
Jursu currently offers free access to the platform. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide advance notice and clear pricing information. Any paid features will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Jursu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Jursu is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jursu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, missed court dates, or professional liability claims. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jursu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use Jursu ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Jursu is registered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Jursu after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
