Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free, no credit card to sign up. You get a starter allowance of team members and document storage, plus unlimited matters, clients, and invoices. You only pay if you need more team seats or storage. See the Free plan above for its exact limits.
How do I upgrade?
Sign up free, then upgrade from the Billing page inside your account. You pick a plan, make the payment, and upload the receipt. A Jursu admin reviews it and activates your plan. There's no card checkout on this page.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. See the plan cards above for current monthly and yearly rates.
What happens if I hit my plan's limit?
Only two things are capped: team members and storage. If you reach either, Jursu tells you exactly which limit you've hit and nothing else is affected; your data is never touched. Upgrade and the limit lifts immediately.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes. If a downgrade would leave your firm over the new plan's team-member limit, Jursu pauses the most recently added seats (never the owner's) until you're within the limit. Nobody is removed, and seats come back automatically if you upgrade again.
